Privacy Policy
This site is a brochure. It has no forms, no accounts, no cookies and no advertising or analytics trackers. This policy explains the little data that is processed anyway, and what happens when you contact us.

Who is responsible for your data
Novatelx is the trade name of شركة التواصل المبتكرة (Al‑Tawasul Al‑Mobtakara), a limited liability company registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt under Commercial Register No. 242739, Cairo Investment Registry, Establishment National No. 766101916.
Registered office: Novatelx — Building No. 2, Obour Buildings, F75, Salah Salem, Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt. Email info@novatelx.com. Telephone +20 1033 455555.
We act as the data controller for the limited processing described below, within the meaning of Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
What this website collects
Nothing you type. There are no contact forms, no newsletter sign-ups, no accounts and no comment fields on this site. We cannot collect what we do not ask for.
No cookies and no trackers. This site sets no cookies of any kind. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no session recording. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything.
Server logs. Like any website, the server that delivers these pages records standard technical information for each request — IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type and referring page. These logs exist for security and to keep the site running. They are held by our hosting provider under its own retention schedule and are not used to build any profile of you.
Services that load with the page
Fonts. Typefaces are delivered by Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia), a privacy-first font service that does not log visitor IP addresses and sets no cookies. Your browser requests the font files from fonts.bunny.net when the page loads.
Map link. Our address links to Google Maps. Nothing is sent to Google unless you click that link, at which point Google's own privacy policy applies.
Messaging links. The email, telephone and WhatsApp buttons hand the request to an application you choose. We do not see anything until you actually send us a message.
When you contact us
If you email, call or message us, we receive whatever you send — typically your name, your contact details, your employer and the substance of your enquiry. We use it to answer you, to prepare quotations and to perform any contract that follows. The lawful basis is the performance of a contract or the steps taken at your request before entering one, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as the commercial relationship is live and thereafter for the period required by Egyptian commercial and tax law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. Where a quotation or a project requires it, we may pass necessary details to a technology partner or subcontractor so they can price or deliver the work — and only what they need for that purpose.
Some of our technology partners are established outside Egypt. Where a transfer abroad is necessary to answer your enquiry or deliver a contract, we make it on that basis and limit it to the minimum required.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to give you access to it, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict how we use it, and to withdraw a consent you have given. You may also object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest.
Write to info@novatelx.com or to the registered address above and we will respond within the period required by law. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Centre.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we hold, including access control and encrypted transport. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses, public bodies and operators. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top of the page always shows when it was last revised.
